Chocolate and Raspberry Kombucha Recipe

Drinking kombucha adds all sorts of positives to our health. Adding some fruit for flavour like raspberry also has benefits of its own. But, with its unique bitter sweet taste, gives an extra drive of flavour. Meanwhile, chocolate is a crowd favourite, its decadent flavour provides all the sweetness a drink would ever need.
Together these two ingredients match perfectly, as their individual flavours compliment and even each other out.

Chocolate and Raspberry Kombucha Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Raspberry (Fresh or Jam)
  • 16 oz (2 Cups) Kombucha

Method

  1. Create a standard unflavoured kombucha using our recipe.
  2. Add the 1/2 Tablespoon of cocoa powder and raspberry jam into a container.
    If using fresh raspberries, cut up into small pieces and blend.
  3. Fill container with kombucha together with cocoa powder and raspberry.
  4. To dissolve the cocoa powder and jam into the kobucha, tightly shut the container and shake gently.
  5. Ferment for at least 3 days or until kombucha is carbonated depending on your personal taste.
  6. Serve kombucha after fermentation process or refrigerate to store.
