Grapefruit and Mint Kombucha Recipe

Grapefruit and Mint Kombucha Recipe


  • 16 oz (2 Cups) Kombucha
  • 1 Grapefruit or 2 oz (1/2 Cup) Grapefruit Juice Bottled
  • 1-2 Mint Sprigs


  1. Create a unflavoured standard kombucha using our recipe.
  2. Juice the grapefruit (if using a fresh fruit), either manually or by using a juicer or juice squeezer.
  3. Add the grapefruit juice and mint sprigs into a container or jar.
  4. Pour in the unflavoured kombucha into the container or jar with the grapefruit juice and mint sprigs leaving some room at the top.
  5. Close the jar or container used and let it ferment at room temperature for 5-10 days. If your room temperature is above 24 degrees celsius, less time is needed.
  6. After fermenting, pour in a glass and serve.
  7. Refrigerate to store.
