Lavender and Berry Kombucha Recipe

Indulge in a deliciously rich infusion of various berries combined with lavender adding a floral aroma into your kombucha.

Due to the mix of berries added, a deep colour is created also showing the strength of flavour in your drink. A strong infusion of sweet and sour from the fruits’ juicy, natural flavour.

A lavender and berry kombucha, great for a refreshing start to your day. Otherwise, allow yourself to enjoy a blissful treat as you relax your mind at the end of a long day.

Lavender and Berry Kombucha Recipe


  • 3/4 Cup Fresh Berries
  • 1.5 tspn Lavender
  • Kombucha


  1. Create a standard unflavoured kombucha using our recipe.
  2. Wash and destem (if necessary) berries and pat dry.
  3. Seperate berries in equal amounts into the desired number of bottles to be filled. (Ingredients cater for 3 bottle servings)
  4. Put 1/4 lavender into each bottle.
  5. Pour kombucha into each bottle already with lavender and berries inside. Ensure there is room left at the top.
  6. Place lids on all bottles and allow for the fermentation process to begin. Place in a dark room to ferment for 3 days.
  7. After fermentation, serve or refrigerate to store.
