Rosemary and Grapefruit Kombucha Recipe

Rosemary and Grapefruit  Kombucha Recipe


  • 64 oz (8 Cups) Kombucha
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary


  1. Create an unflavoured kombucha by following our recipe.
  2. Zest the lemon manually.*
  3. Juice the grapefruit manually.*
    * A juicer or juice squeezer can be used in this step.
  4. Add lemon zest, grapefruit juice and rosemary into a container or jar.
  5. Pour kombucha into the container or jar that already contains the three ingredients mentioned in the previous step, and close the lid of the jar, or cover container in use.
  6. Let the kombucha and other ingredients ferment for a minimum of 72 hours.
  7. Stir the mixture.
    *Depending on personal preference, letting it ferment for a second time will consequently have a stronger flavour.
  8. Finally, strain the kombucha and serve.

Note: To create a fizzy mixture of kombucha, transfer the kombucha into a bottle and store it at room temperature for a minimum of 5 days, then refrigerate afterwards.

Due to the use of fresh fruit, consume within a week to enjoy its freshness and taste to its max.
